Installation Ceremony

The theme banner/design for the Installation Ceremony. Designed by Farah alongside the Publications Committee.

It started with the arrival of the guest-of-honour alongside the students affairs officers and exco. The banner zoom out while the voiceover plays.

The voiceover is followed by the opening performance by Thiam Wei, Hanafi, Marjuk & Andy. Hanafi was in charge of this and Thiam Wei did the editing for the video. It was totally entertaining for an opening performance. The opening performance video got cut halfway with another voiceover to welcome the guests to the Installation Ceremony and was followed with a cue for the guys to continue the rest of the song live on stage. The song ended with yet another voiceover to introduce the emcees for the evening, Azlina and Zheng Yu. Azlina and Zheng You welcomed the guests and made a brief intro about the a-team an call upon Fizah, the 13th president to give a speech.

This video came after the president speech. To thank the president and also to introduce the next video, Events of the Ateam in 2007. and following this video is the installation of junior ambassadors.

After the installation of junior ambassadors, emcees introduced this video, The Making of Installation Ceremony done by Marjuk, the incoming Publication Secretary. This was followed by Espall's performance.

After Espall's performance, the senior ambassadors were installed. The installation of the senior ambassadors was followed by the presentation of the outstanding ambassador award to Nisa & Veenotth, both Publications Committee members and Thiam Wei, SBM Club president. Following that was the installation of the excos and the handing over ceremony.

After the handing over ceremony, the video entitled "Tribute to the Golden Ambassadors" was presented. The video was done by Lifa.

The video ends with a call to the 14th President to give her speech. This was followed by the team pledge taking and the performance by NYPAteam friend, Sahara and Mandy with Best in Me.

With that, Installation ceremony 2008 became a success.
